Bees collect pollen from various flowers
It is the richest natural food in proteins, vitamins, essential aminoacids, hormones, enzymes, minerals.
A spoonful of pollen (35 gr / 1.23 oz) a day is an ideal portion that covers our daily needs in proteins, vitamins and trace elements.
Quantity of pollen consumption should be gradually increased in order for the stomach to get used to it.
